My restaurant is an oriental Arabic restaurant and is distinguished by its method of cooking falafel and hummus from legumes and vegetables such as eggplant, cauliflower and fattoush salad. I also have kibbeh, which is rice similar to bulgur stuffed with meat, and shawarma. The shawarma, which is served on Arabic bread with hummus and salads, and has chicken or meat inside.
