Hurting World Ministries

Founded in 2009 by Pastor Bob Wilson, Hurting World Ministries is a dedicated Christian outreach program serving the Ngäbe-Buglé indigenous community. The ministry operates the Lighthouse (El Faro) Christian Church and School in the mountainous township of Cañas Verdes, near Palmira. They provide crucial support to local families, offering academic and biblical education, uniforms, textbooks, and two hot meals daily to elementary-aged children, alongside broader community evangelism.
